The Social Diversity for Children (SDC) Foundation empowers youth to empower children with disabilities – believing in equal opportunity regardless of ability.
SDC is a “family” and we are a group of individuals who care and support each other. We are also a team that operates through compassion. Together, we work to piece together a puzzle that includes children of all abilities, ultimately to create the loving community we have always dreamed of.
