Join us for the fifth and last race in the 2013 MEC Road Running Series! We are excited to be back running on the beautiful Seymour Valley Trailway located in the Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve. Overall top 3 finishers in each distance will receive a custom medal.
There will be free Coffee, bananas and complimentary massages at the finish line!
EXCITING NEWS! MEC North Vancouver races now have chip timing! We have partnered with Trio Sport Events (http://www.trioevents.ca/) to chip time our race. Any questions about the chip or timing process please email info@trioevents.ca
Race kit pick up will be at our MEC North Vancouver store on the following date:
◾Saturday, November 30th, between 12-4pm.
◾There is also day of race registration and package-pick-up @ the learning lodge from 730am to 8:30am!
◾Entry fee increases to $20 on race day.
Race times:
◾15km starts at 8:45am
◾10K starts at 9:00am
◾5K starts at 9:15am
Club night:
On Wednesday December 5th from 7pm-9pm, all racers are invited to the North Vancouver store for our Race Five club night where you will get 10% off any regular priced items in the shop.
