The City is taking action on housing! We know housing affordability is important and now is the time to get involved. We’re creating a Housing Action Plan to address the unique housing needs of City residents. These needs are varied, depending on if you rent, own, are a student, young family, empty nester, senior and everything in between.
As part of our Housing Action Plan, we’re hosting a Housing Innovations Tour to showcase different types of housing in the City. The first stop on the tour is the City’s first modular coach house located at 419 West 27th Street. Join us for a tour, learn more about building a coach house, and tell us what you think about housing in the City overall. City staff will be on hand to answer your questions and gather your feedback.
