Race Five, The Haunted Headwaters is the best way to get ready for Halloween this year! Dress up in your favourite (or silliest) costume and hit the trails with either a 5K or 10K race. Tiger Balm will be there providing samples and make sure to visit La Sportiva who will be offering free demos of their shoes! Plus Peak Centre for Performance will be there to let you know all you need to know about zone training and heart rate.
Warm up with a great yoga warm up lead by Jeff Grace from Excel with Grace. Enjoy delicious and nutritious organic bananas from Whole Foods, JJ Bean coffee and massages will be available at the finish line for all participants. The top 3 finishers will recieve a MEC medal.
