Come join us for MEC North Vancouver’s fourth race in the 2014 running series! Top 3 overall finishers in each distance will receive a custom medal. Coffee, bananas and massages are all at the finish line!
This will be our first official TRAIL RACE of the series and will start and finish in our own backyard in Lynnmouth Park!
This race is a BC Athletics sanctioned event!
MEC North Vancouver races have chip timing! We have partnered with Trio Sport Events (http://www.trioevents.ca/) to chip time our race. Any questions about the chip or timing process please email info@trioevents.ca

Online registration will close Thursday, October 2nd at Midnight. However, runner’s can register in person at the North Vancouver store on Friday, Oct 3rd and on race day. Registration fee will go up to $20 on Race day. Cash only on race day!
Race BIB pick up at MEC North Vancouver on Friday, October 3rd, between 3pm-9pm.

NEW: Bike Valet at our race! If you ride your bike to the race, you can park it with our bike team and they will have it washed and ready to go when you are done your run!
