A video presentation on how the Canucks logo and uniforms were designed when they entered the NHL in 1970.
Joe Borovich, graphic designer who designed the original logo and uniforms will speak about the history of the Vancouver Canucks franchise. This will be followed by a question and answer period.
A draw will be held for a Canucks jersey signed by Henrik and Daniel Sedin, and donated by the Vancouver Canucks Hockey Club.
Admission is by donation and all the proceeds going to Cycstic Fibrosis Canada in honour of Joe’s 3 year old grandson Ben.
We invite all men parishioners of the North Shore to join us for a wonderful, informative history of the Canucks. Ladies are more than welcome to join us as well.
