July 03 – August 31
1:30pm & 3:00pm
The North Vancouver Museum & Archives is offering FREE historical walking tours of the Burrard Dry Dock shipyard site. Costumed interpreters from the Museum dress as 1940’s shipyard workers and talk about what it was like to build 10,000 tonne Victory Ships during WWII. This is a very lively and theatrical performance with songs, poetry, puppets and costume changes!
These FREE drop-in tours will happen daily from Wednesday – Saturday at 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm during July and August. The performance starts at the foot of Lonsdale and Carrie Cates Court.
