Teams of four will lay it all on the line in pursuit of the hotly contested Benefits of Bocce championship trophy, won last year by The Fortello Bros. In between games, enjoy a scrumptious Italian lunch, a
ticketed bar, a selection of great silent auction and raffle prizes, 50/50 draw, great music and great people. It all makes for the perfect summer day!
Benefits of Bocce is hosted by the Down Syndrome Research Foundation, a Burnaby-based organization that empowers individuals with Down syndrome to reach their full potential as contributing members of the community. All funds raised through the event are used to fund critical research and effective educational programming for people of all ages with Down syndrome.
