Enjoy a crisp Fall morning run by lacing up for a 5k or 10k race along beautiful Seymour Valley Trailway in the Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve.
A $15 race fee gets you scenic, well-marked routes, timed results and good times at the finish line. Runners of all abilities and all ages are welcome. Medals awarded to top finishers in each category.
