The North Vancouver Museum & Archives invites you to travel back in time with the Shipyard Pals, as they explore North Vancouver’s waterfront and the historic Burrard Dry Dock Shipyards. Combining songs, stories and vignettes, Shipyard Sal and Sam will entertain you with their exploits. You’ll hear tales of Victory ships and the amazing wartime effort made by North Vancouver’s industrial workers. Tours begin at the foot of Lonsdale Avenue at Victory Ship Way. Join the Shipyard Pals on Wednesdays and Thursdays for a drop-in tour at 1:30 pm and Fridays and Saturdays at 1:30pm and 3:00pm.
