A tenor saxophonist with an expressive sound rooted in Jazz tradition, a label owner tirelessly documenting unsung Jazz heroes, one of Canada’s most important Jazz impresarios, the hardest-‐working man in Jazz business – Cory Weeds is all of these things, and much more. Enjoy this exceptional trio in the alternative space of the Gordon Smith Gallery as their music resonates and interacts with the stunning visual art on display. This wonderful program first began in the fall of 2014, thanks to the generous support of BlueShore Financial, and we are thrilled to see it begin its second full season at the Smith Gallery as of October 2015.
