Race Four, The Summer Sprint is sure to get your feet moving with a nice climb up the Sea to Sky Trail and wide variety of terrain.
Choose from a 5K or 10K route and have a blast running through our great North Shore trails.
Delicious and nutritious bananas, JJ Bean coffee and massages will be available for all participants at the finish line. The top 3 finishers will recieve a MEC medal.
