New Drop-in Book Club at the City Library begins October 19th!
Where: City Library – 3rd Floor, Dr. Paul G. Singh Room
Book: A Visit from the Goon Squad, by Jennifer Egan
Open to adults of all ages, the selected books will be fresh, contemporary and thought provoking. No registration or membership is required. We meet every six weeks from October through June, and discussion is facilitated by Adult Fiction Librarian Heidi Schiller.
Here’s how it works:
Pick up a copy of the book at our library (while supplies last), or another local library or bookstore. Contact Heidi Schiller for availability of the book.
From then on, books are distributed at the end of each meeting for the following month’s discussion (Based on supply. Library staff will assist in attempting to find additional copies at other local libraries.
