In association with SiriusXM, JFL NorthWest, Vancouver’s premium comedy festival is ecstatic to return this winter, taking over the city of Vancouver from February 17 through 26, 2022. Festival programmers have been working around the clock to ensure that the long-awaited 6th edition of JFL NorthWest satiates all comedy enthusiasts who are just as excited as we are about returning.
After persevering through undoubtedly some of the toughest months, JFL NorthWest is proving its resiliency by confirming an arena performance by comedy megastar, Trevor Noah.
The stand-up comedian and Daily Show host is returning to Canada next year with his new tour Back to Abnormal. With over 75 sold-out North American shows, including his sold-out show at Madison Square Garden with over 14,000 in attendance, Trevor is traveling the globe and expanding his tour to include Vancouver. The Emmy-winning The Daily Show host and celebrated comedian is known around the world for his insightful and authentic take on politics and current events. Trevor has written, produced, and starred in eight comedy specials, most recently including Son of Patricia on Netflix.
Additional stand-up performances, live podcast recordings, improv, sketch and beyond will be taking place at this year’s festival, with more details to be revealed in the coming months. In 2020 JFL NorthWest delivered 125+ shows, 200+ Artists, to 50,000+ in attendance, at 20+ venues.
