We work with the banks, credit unions and other financial institutes such as Toronto Dominion, Scotia Bank, CIBC, Coast Capital Savings, Firstline Mortgages, ING … the list goes on. Ideally we would like to sit with you in person, but can also work with you via telephone and email.
We do mortgages for the first time buyer, investors, new immigrants, self-employed individuals, and non-residents. The lenders compensate us so you don’t have to. We have access to the fully discounted rates of the lenders, so this means by working with us, you will be provided with the lowest rates available.
We also have “private lenders” and other institutional lenders who can provide financing when the banks won’t.
