After months of construction and planning, Seymour’s Pub opened on May 11, 2000 capturing our vision of creating a premium pub with a cozy atmosphere, but with the ability to host a lot of guests and provide a fun nightlife alternative to going downtown. Our focus was on top quality food, ambience and service and a commitment to support our community.
