Suzan’s ceramic work is both functional and exploratory. The alchemy of the glaze and the firing process are the means by which she brings out the depth, subtleties, and beauty of the surface. She creates in rich colours and incorporates driftwood as handles for her decorative ware, pouring vessels, and baskets.
