Attend this workshop, lead by Kerri Sutherland,the Support and Education Coordinator for the Alzheimer’s Society of BC, North Shore and Sunshine Coast, to learn about dementia and it’s impact. Participants will learn about the difference between Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, and examine some common myths about the disease. The session also provides an overview of the brain changes associated with the disease.
