Writing the Sacred Psalm-Writing Workshop

Join author McGinnis at a psalm-writing workshop at St. Andrew’s United church at 1044 St. George’s Avenue on Saturday, November 24 from 9:30 am until noon. Using his book Writing the Sacred, he will offer us a new, deeper and more meaningful way to explore and understand the Psalms and set us on a path to creating our own sacred poetry. Ray is a poet and psalm enthusiast and has written journals all his life. He has taught over 10,000 people how to write prayers, poetry, and autobiographies, all the while guiding them to bring their whole heart, mind and spirit to the process. Cost: $20.
