Canada’s most famous trail, the Grouse Grind®, will be hosting the annual BMO Grouse Grind Mountain Run on Saturday, October 1st 2011. Hundreds of athletes of all ages, abilities, and speeds will come out to tackle the trail. The race is the ultimate test and payoff for your season-long training regimen as it acts as the official time for the Grouse Grind®.
