It is the pleasure of the North Shore Polish Association – Belweder to announce their second Polish Cultural Festival to be held in Lynn Valley Village/Town Centre on the weekend of September 6th & 7th, 2014. We invite you, once again, to enjoy the exciting flavors of Polish culture and food.
The event will feature Polish music, singing and folk dancing, with the second day celebrating our children and youth, with puppet shows, cartoons, face-painting, and a Talent Show for elementary school age children and high school youth. “Can you sing, dance, act, play a musical instrument…?” You don’t have to be Polish to enter!
Special guests include Puppet Theatre Jester and Polonez Polish Folk Arts ensemble from Edmonton.
Vendors will be selling Polish T-shirts and accessories; jewelry; arts and crafts, as well as plenty of delicious traditional Polish food such as sausages, pierogies and pastries.
Last year’s one day festival was a grand success. Get ready for an unforgettable weekend!
