Climbing with Bears in Peru

Robyn Appleton of Squamish, UBC Ph.D student, biologist, researcher, photographer, and mountain climber will share her stories and adventures of climbing with one of the most elusive and rare bears in the world – the Spectacled (Andean ) bears! There will also be handcrafted products from Peru for sale with all proceeds going to the Spectacled Bear Conservation Society.
