Councillor Angela Girard

I am serving my first term on City Council. I moved to Vancouver in 1993 to attend UBC and graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Ag. Economics). After moving to North Vancouver in 2002, I completed UBC’s Sauder School of Business Real Estate Division Managing Broker licensing course and established a strata management brokerage which served nearly 300 homeowners. I later joined the Real Estate Council of British Columbia, during which time I completed the NCIT Basic Investigator and Enforcement training on Licensure, Enforcement & Regulation (Kentucky, USA).
