Shipbuilders Square, in the newly developed Shipyards in Lower Lonsdale, are home to what is to become the largest gathering of Food Trucks in the Lower Mainland.
Entering its third year, the Night market has exploded into a fantastic night out. The combination of a wide variety of foods, local music, farmers and handcrafted goods makes for a great evening for all ages.
The list of Food Trucks that will be out weekly are: Blue Smoke BBQ, Street Meet, Guanaco, Le Tigre, Uncle Kebab, This little Piggy, Tasers Gourmet grilled cheese, Serious Sausage, Holy Perogy, Didi’s Greek, Ze Bite, Chilitank, JJ’s Trucketeria, Urban Wood Fired Pizza and Old Country Perogy.
For dessert there is Kettlecorn, Gelato, Waffles, Slavic rolls and the many stalls filled with baked goods and sweets.
The fun and festivities in the Square will kick off at 5pm. On the Shipbuilders Stage there is live music until 10pm, showcasing talent from all over BC.
Over 50 tents are filled with local products, showcasing BC’s artisans, bakers and farmers. Products include; jewellery, clothing, kids wear, bakers, produce, preserves, soaps, Organic meats, honey, plants, chocolate and many more great handmade products.
