Join Lululemon Park Royal every Thursday evening from June 23 to August 25 on our waterfront plaza. Each class will feature a different instructor from their North Shore yoga community. Classes are complimentary and please bring your own mat.
Feel-Good Fridays | Fitness Classes | 12 PM – 1 PM Join Steve Nash Fitness World every Friday at lunchtime for free exercise classes! Steve Nash is offering Pound, Zumba and BollyX. The instructors are dedicated to providing you with a workout you can do, whatever your age, background or fitness level.
