The WVYB is pleased to present a concert featuring the musical favourites of the legendary Arthur Delamont, lifetime conductor of the Kitsilano Boys Band and the longest serving director of the WVYB (1933-1958).
This performance will include alumni of the Kits Boys Band performing with the WVYB Symphonic Band and the WVYB Concert Band. Many pieces played will be a walk down memory lane but the concert will also include the world premiere of a new three movement work by the great Canadian composer (and Kits Boys Band alumnus) Robert Buckley.
GENERAL ADMISSION.This is festival seating. Your ticket is numbered for tracking purposes only and does not refer to a specific seat. Seating will begin 30 minutes prior to showtime.
