7:15 pm – Settle into the theatre and experience the award winning interactive theatrical production High Tea

8:45 pm – Support the North Vancouver Museum’ Night at the Museum Live Auction with host Kevin Evans.

1. Catered private dinner/evening for six on restored heritage railway dining car

Join Museum Campaign Chair and West Coast Railway Association Director Don Evans and his wife Deb as they treat six guests to a deluxe heritage railway evening at the West Coast Railway Heritage Park in Squamish. Prior to a unique experience of dining in a restored Railway Business car built in 1890, guests will receive a personalized private tour of exhibits and highlights then join your hosts in the opulent railcar British Columbia and get pampered with a full course meal made up of locally sourced appetizers and desserts and main courses from Don and Deb’s favourite Squamish Chef! After dinner, relax and explore the Heritage Park at your leisure.

Value: $600 at least.

2. Hosted afternoon sail and lunch in June or September 2016

Join NVMA Commission Chair and celebrated author Sanford Osler and his wife Betty Ann for lunch and an afternoon of sailing off the West Vancouver coastline aboard their 30’ Sailboat.

3. 24 x 36 original oil on canvas “Changing Times” on floating frame

Artist: Margaret (Peg) Heywood

This original oil by Margaret Heywood captures the peacefulness of a Tug Boat at the heritage Cates docks on the waterfront in North Vancouver.

Value: $1,000+: Minimum bid $600

Margaret (Peg) studied at Emily Carr and now lives and practices art in the City of North Vancouver. This newly completed piece “Changing Times” was graciously donated by Margaret Heywood (Peg) in support of the fundraising efforts of Friends of the North Vancouver Museum and Archives Society.

9:00 pm – Post-Show Reception – Enjoy the rest of your evening – desserts courtesy of Summerhill PARC, 50/50 draw, meet the cast & crew, learn about the new museum and mingle with fellow guests, Museum Director Nancy Kirkpatrick, Museum Commissioners and Friends Society Board Members. Coffee, Tea, Cash Bar (Know your limit, drive within it)
