For anyone who wants to explore their own subject, with professional guidance and instruction. This course is taught in a supportive environment which allows everyone to work at their own pace, on their own concept and be taught throughout the entire process.

Non-Instructional Life Drawing:

Wednesdays, 6:30-9:30pm

Session 1 6wks: January 9 to February 13

Session 2 6wks: February 27 to April 3


Hone your figure drawing skills in this artistic environment with a different live model each week. There are drawing donkeys available on site. Please bring the drawing materials of your choice.

Introduction to Acrylics:

Fridays 1:30-4:00pm

Instructor: Maureen Coles

This class is perfect for the absolute beginner to painting. Acrylic is considered the “flexible’ medium in that it is easy to change, and so perfect for those new to painting.

For the first 4 weeks we will work through different principles of acrylic painting, from colour theory, values, perspective, and composition in fun and simple painting exercises and demonstrations. The last two weeks we will combine all these principles to create our very own small painting.
