On Thursday join in for Pier Yoga hosted by Lululemon from 6:30 – 7:30 PM. Friday stop by the Market from 12 – 1 PM to try Bolly X Dancing with Steve Nash Fitness World.
Saturday there is Salsa from 2 – 4PM.
Enjoy live music on Sunday and Monday! Former Canadian Idol contestant Greg Neufeld performs on July 31st from 1 – 3PM. On Monday, Adam Woodall performs from 1 – 3PM, followed by Apollo’s Crush from 4 – 6 PM.
