Charlie is an actor who works in various restaurants throughout the play in order to pay rent. In his profession as a waiter, he gets involved in the lives of his customers, some who re-appear when he has moved on to other restaurants. He always has his sights on some time having a real career as an actor, but in the meantime continues the life of a waiter, although unintentionally getting involved with the lives of his customers. This show is Deep Cove Stage Society’s entry into the Theatre BC North Shore Zone Festival of Plays.
