Enjoy a crisp Fall morning run by lacing up for a 5k or 10k race along beautiful Seymour Valley Trailway in the Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve.
A $15 race fee gets you scenic, well-marked routes, timed results and good times at the finish line. Runners of all abilities and all ages are welcome. Medals awarded to top finishers in each category.

Start times: 9:00 am for 10K; 9:15 am for 5K.
Race package pick up at MEC North Van: Thurs Oct 25th: 10:00 am – 9:00 pm, or Fri Oct 26th: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.
