TapCo is the youth performance ensemble of the Vancouver Tap Dance Society. To see them perform is an inspiration. They are passionate about tap dancing as a form of art, and dedicated to sharing their enthusiasm with a growing audience. In addition to staging fabulous performances these young hoofers are part of an outreach program for hundreds of enthusiastic and highly attentive young people at schools, Children’s Festivals and other venues. It is a bit of a phenomenon that is growing in leaps and bounds.
In addition to the performance, there will be a beginner Tap Dance Workshop in the Centennial Studio for some of the lucky participants in the NVRC Summer Camp program. Pre-registration is required.
