The North Vancouver District Public Library is turning 50 and is inviting you to a birthdayparty on Saturday, September 27 from 1:00pm – 4:00pm in the Lynn Valley Library in the plaza.
Join us for an afternoon of free festivities and family fun, including a puppet show, story time, face painters, sidewalk chalk, a balloon artist, cupcakes and children’s entertainer Angela Kelman. Plus, we will be announcing the winners of the Find a Golden Library Card Competition.
