Book by Joe Masteroff, Music by John Kander and Lyrics by Fred Ebb

Based on The Berlin Stories by Christopher Isherwood and adapted by Sam Mendes

Directed by Stephen Atkins

This classic musical is an ironic tale of love in terrible times. The decadence of the cabaret scene in Berlin is set against the rise of the Nazi party. Unlikely lovers find each other and present us with a disturbing question-is love enough? This re-vamped version is inspired by the Cabaret directed by Sam Mendes for the Donmar Warehouse in London’s West End. This Kit Kat Klub is naughty, raunchy and no-holds-barred as we enter the swirling decadence of the Weimar Republic’s last days.
